Same as before. Are we allowing them?

This time, I'm more inclined to let them be used, since they were introduced in B/W unlike Megas. Perhaps we could have some kind of special random event that unlocked them or some kind of special training that isn't hard to do, but fun. Though we could always have them unlocked right from the start. That would be very combinient and player-friendly. New people would be sure to dig that.

I have never accessed the Dream World due to the DS's retarded network access utility which isn't able to access any internet with any practical security.  I hear that changed for the 3DS.  But just add that to the pile of reasons why I can only wish I had one.

As such,  I'm reading about the dream world now and considering how and if to implement it.

Well, that's all right, but I'd suggest that at the very least starters have their Hidden Abilities unlocked so they are actually something special and an specially useful tool, not just something to make-do till we get better Pokes.

Hidden abilities are just abilities that the game doesn't tell you,  as I understand it o-o  Yes,  all pokemon have their hidden abilities.
