Mega Evolutions Empty Mega Evolutions

Are we allowing them?

My munchkin instinct cries that they are allowed, but the rational I would beg to differ, since they are a very recent addition that isn't really totally balanced (although I don't think the point of Mega Evolutions is balance) and they are very scarce, giving way to the possibility of everyone aiming to get the same pokes over and over for the Megas.

Yes,  Megas will be allowed.  Megas of 2 or 1 stage evolution lines may even be allowed as permanent changes rather than temporary, who knows.  Very much in Alpha-state,  to the point the site isn't yet playable.
